Just a quick note to say what a great job you and your crew did pressure washing our roof, gutters, house, walkways and walls. I chose you from the yellow pages because you are a member of the Better Business Bureau and you agreed to fix/replace any broken tiles. Our concrete-tile roof was black with 20 years of dirt/fire fallout and yellow algae. Your hot-water pressure washing left it the original grey and has upgraded the appearance of the whole house. Everyone comments on it. Your team worked very hard going over the same areas as many times as needed.
I was equally impressed by the way you cleaned up and cared for every detail, even washing down the overspray from the neighbor’s walks and wall. It was greatly appreciated that you came back to caulk some areas that you were concerned about where the old grout was cracking. I’m an exacting person and watched the process throughout the whole day. You exceeded my expectations in every area and are genuinely a nice person.
